Spinach Fish

Winter gives many types of vegetables and spinach is my fav green leafy vegetable not mine many of us love this green leaf. Trying different type of recipes is needed and gives happiness also. so here is my one spinach fish recipe. INGREDIENTS : Spinach : 250 gm (washed and chopped) Fish fried : 4- 6 pieces Onion : 2 small (chopped) Ginger garlic crushed : 2 teaspoon Tomato : 1 medium size (chopped) Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder : 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds :  1\4 teaspoon Salt as per your taste Oil for cooking METHOD: On a gas stove take a frying pan and heat oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds and let it be cracked then add chopped onion and saute till it turns slightly golden brown colour. A CAKE WITH THE YUMMINESS OF APPLE PIECES

Hey guys I m back with a yummy apple cake recipe. I tried this cake at home and it's really very yummy my daughter ate that whole cake in 1 hour. When you will eat the cake in every bite you will get the small pieces of apple which will make you crazy and you will repeatedly want to eat this cake. WATER SPINACH FRY: A Typical Odia Recipe

Being odia i have seen and eaten varieties of foods and those foods are delicious to eat and very easy to cook. One of them is green leaf fries everyday there is a green leaf fry you will get to eat at typical odia homes. Today i m writing one of the green leaf fry known as water spinach and in odia we call it kalama saaga. So without saying anything else lets check its method of cooking. INGREDIENTS: WATER SPINACH  GARLIC CLOVES   GREEN CHILI MUSTARD SEEDS MUSTARD OIL SALT  METHOD: WASH THE GREEN LEAF PROPERLY AND CHOP IT. AFTER THAT ON A GAS STOVE TAKE A FRYING PAN AND HEAT OIL IN IT ON THE OTHER SIDE CRUSH GARLIC CLOVES AND GREEN CHILI TOGETHER. WHEN OIL IS HEATED ADD 1/4 TEASPOON MUSTARD SEEDS, CRUSHED GARLIC AND GREEN CHILI AND FRY IT ON LOW FLAME TILL IT CHANGES TO LIGHT GOLDEN COLOR. ODIA STYLE DAHI BAIGAN

Every place has its own style of cooking food and dahi baigan is one of them. Some loves it as khatta, some loves it as meetha n some loves it as khatta mettha. Indians have the quality of giving a awesome tadka to foods which gives a nice aroma and mouthwatering flavour. So today I m posting a very simple but very delicious Indian food with odia flavour. So here it is For making dahi baigan  We need: 2 medium size brinjal washed and cut into round pieces. 2 cup fresh thick beaten yogart 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon homemade roasted cumin powder Crushed black pepper as per your taste 1/2 teaspoon punch phoran Some fresh and washed curry  leaves 2 green chilli Sugar as per your taste Salt as per your taste Oil for cooking Method: 1. On a gas stove take a frying pan heat oil in it on the other hand in a bowl add brinjal, turmeric powder,salt and mix well and fry the brinjals till it cooks properly and keep aside.

MALABAR SPINACH PRAWN MIX CURRY

Odias are expert in making yummy veg curries and specialist in mix curry in odia we call it ghanta. Any type of veggies which is available in our home we cut it together cook it n give it tasty flavor. Today i m writing another yummy mix non veg recipe which is cooked using malabar spinach (in odia poi) and prawn (in odia cingudi) mix curry. so here i start: For making poi chingudi ghanta We Need: 2 STEAMS OF MALABAR SPINACH  2 EGGPLANT  1 RIDGE GOURD  1 MEDIUM POTATO 1 TOMATO FRIED SMALL PRAWN AS PER YOUR CHOICE PINCH OF FIVE SPICES TURMERIC POWDER SALT AS PER TASTE 1 1/2 WHITE MUSTARD POPPY PASTE  MUSTARD OIL FOR COOKING Method: 1. SEPARATE ALL THE MALABAR SPINACH LEAVES FROM ITS STEM. NOW WASH ALL THE VEGGIES. Jeshtha Purnima Deva snana Purnima Or Snana Yatra Or Bath Ceremony : A Holy Festival

Jai Jagannath 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Rath Yatra is famous worldwide and no doubt people come to see it from different part of the country. But before Rath Yatra there is another festival comes in the month of Jeshtha of Hindu calendar in Odia we call it Jeshtha Masa on Purnami or Purnima( full moon day) it's called Deva Snana Purnima or Snana Yatra which is today. Its the first occasion in Hindu calendar its is celebrated as lord Jaganatha birthday.  During this occasion deities Jaganatha, Subhadara, Balabhadra are brought out from Jaganatha Temple to Snana Bedi means bathing place with baja n proccession.                 In this deities are bathed with 108 pots of purified water brought from the well of the temple. Fish Egg Pakoda recipe is a very easy one to make and very tasty to eat. In odia we call it macha bihana Pakudi or bara. I love to eat it with plain dosa we can eat it as a snacks also. Without wasting our time in knowing from me how it tastes let's start it's recipe when you will make it you will know it's mouthwatering flavour.
